Why Julio

I found the right work by taking the long way.

My path into real estate was not quick or perfectly planned. It took time to understand that the work I do best is personal: listening carefully, thinking through the details, and helping someone make an important decision.

I am building my business one client at a time. I prepare thoroughly, answer honestly, and stay directly involved because every client relationship matters to me—and every transaction is part of the reputation I am working to earn.

I treat every transaction like my reputation depends on it—because it does.

Good work begins with paying attention.

My father grows coffee in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, Colombia. I share samples with clients and at open houses as a small, personal piece of my family's story—and because this business, at its core, is about relationships.

The places I serve

A place with room for different ways of living.

I came to the Bay Area because I believed in what it tries to be: a place where people with different histories, cultures, and ways of living can build something together. A home is not simply an asset or an address. It is where someone is trying to build a life.
